The new stylish case offers the following features.
Tongued and grooved both sides of the case to minimize the ingress of moisture
All electronics fitted inside the case are protected with varnish
Own separate battery compartment to enable easy change of the standard PP3 battery
Optional hanging kit
to enable the case to be hung up in the bivy etc.Optional mounting kit
to enable the case to be mounted on a Bank Stick 4 INPUTS You may use any one or up to 4 inputs, each input has its own latching LED, coloured Red, Yellow, Green and Blue.Inputs should be connected to socket E on the GFM carp bite alarm, or the unmarked socket on other compatible alarms. This will give a matching sound output each time the carp bite alarm indicates and cause the matching LED to latch on for 15-20 seconds.

This auto tone feature gives you an additional indication of which Carp Bite Alarm is sounding. By setting up your different coloured Carp Bite Alarms at different tone settings, you will not only be able to see the matching LED, but you will also hear the exact tone setting of the Carp Bite Alarm that is sounding.Previous, present and future GF Carp Bite Alarms will provide this feature.
INDICATOR We have provided an additional Orange LED to act as a run indicator. Every time this LED is flashing you know that the fish is still taking line from your reel. STANDARD FEATURES Model GF4a is fitted with a volume control that allows adjustment from loud to zero. No tone control is fitted as it automatically adjusts to the identical tone of the Carp Bite alarm being used. If you wish to have a separate tone control or your Carp Bite Alarm does not offer auto tone facilities please see our other model GF 4t.Battery saver fitted.
This Extension Box is not fitted with an on/off switch because when not being used, it automatically switches off.Contact us for more details;
